U Won’t, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the U Won’t mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

The U Won’t App is intended for users aged 18 and older and is available for use within the United States only. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident.

We collect the following categories of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: Email address, username, and password.
• Identity Verification: Photos of your government-issued ID (front and back) and a selfie photo to verify your identity and age (18+). These images are encrypted at rest using Firebase Storage encryption and are accessible only to authorized administrators for verification purposes. Identity verification images may be stored for up to 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card or banking information.
• User-Generated Content: Challenges, videos, photos, comments, and other content you post within the App.
• Device Information: Device type and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token used for push notifications.
• Usage Information: App feature usage, timestamps, interactions, and activity logs.

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify your identity and eligibility to use the App.
• Process payments and payouts through Stripe.
• Provide core features such as creating, funding, and completing challenges.
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and important updates.
• Maintain platform safety, enforce community standards, and comply with legal obligations.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

We rely on trusted third-party service providers to operate the App:

• Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: Database services, storage, authentication, and push notifications.
• Stripe: Payment processing and payouts.
• Stripe Identity: Identity and age verification.
• Apple Push Notification Service (APNs): Delivery of notifications to iOS devices.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

• We currently do not use advertising or analytics tracking services.
• We do not collect, track, or share GPS location data or precise physical location information.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at info@uwontapp.com.

• Identity verification data may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
• Certain public content (such as challenges or posts you shared publicly) may remain visible to others as described in our Terms and Conditions.

We share your information only as necessary to operate the App, comply with legal obligations, or protect our rights. Examples include:

• Payment processors and identity verification providers (e.g., Stripe and Stripe Identity).
• Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Firebase / Google Cloud).
• Law enforcement, regulators, or legal authorities when required by law or legal process.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. All identity verification documents (IDs and selfies) are encrypted at rest using Firebase Storage’s built-in AES-256 encryption. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel and requires authentication. All data transmission uses secure HTTPS connections.

However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

If you reside in the United States, you have the right to:

• Request access to and receive a copy of your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent where applicable.

Requests may be submitted to info@uwontapp.com. We may require verification of your identity before processing such requests.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App and on our website, and the Effective Date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
